This Privacy Policy explains how Brizzbi ("we", "us", or "our") handles information in connection with the mobile application LUM ("App"). By using LUM, you agree to the practices described in this Privacy Policy.

1. About LUM

LUM is a minimalist daily journaling app that allows users to write a short sentence about their day. The App does not require users to create an account or sign in to use its main features.

2. Information We Collect

LUM does not require account registration and we do not ask users to provide personal information such as name, email address, password, or profile details to use the App.

The daily sentences, mood selections, calendar entries, and other journal-related content created by users are intended to remain personal to the user. Unless a future optional cloud backup or sync feature is clearly introduced and accepted by the user, this content is not collected by Brizzbi.

However, the App may process or collect limited technical data through third-party services, especially for advertising, analytics, app performance, and crash reporting purposes. This may include:

• Device information such as device model, operating system version, language, and region
• Advertising identifiers, such as Google Advertising ID, where applicable
• App usage information, such as screens viewed, interactions, and session activity
• Crash logs, diagnostics, and performance data
• Approximate location inferred from device or network information, where provided by third-party services

3. How We Use Information

We may use collected or processed information for the following purposes:

• To provide and maintain the App
• To improve app performance, stability, and user experience

5. Advertising

LUM may display advertisements. Advertising partners may use device identifiers and advertising identifiers to provide, measure, and improve ads. Depending on user settings and applicable laws, ads may be personalized or non-personalized.

Users can control or reset their advertising ID through their device settings where supported by the operating system.

6. No Account Requirement

LUM does not require users to create an account. Because there is no user account system, we do not collect account credentials and we do not provide account deletion functionality inside the App.

If you contact us by email, we may receive your email address and any information you choose to include in your message. This information is used only to respond to your inquiry and provide support.

7. Data Retention and Deletion

Journal entries and app content stored locally on your device may remain on your device until you delete them through the App, clear app data, or uninstall the App.

Technical data collected by third-party services is retained according to the retention policies of those services. Support emails may be retained as long as necessary to respond to your request, maintain records, and comply with legal obligations.

8. Data Security

We take reasonable steps to protect information related to the App. However, no method of electronic storage or transmission over the internet is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

LUM is not intended for children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe that a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us and we will take appropriate steps to delete such information.

10. International Users

The App may be used by users in different countries. By using the App, you understand that information may be processed in countries where our service providers operate.
